Very satisfied with the buying and delivery procedure. However the board came with a suggestion that if you wanted help with the installation of the board you could see a video online. This, in fact, doesn't exist. Maybe it would be a good idea not to make suggestions that are not possible. We finally worked it out and are perfectly happy with the result. It looks good on the kitchen wall.
